BSA Programs This Week

BSA Basketball Programs – Week of 9/6/2010:

Tuesday 9/7 Skill Night Workouts @ OLSH, 1504 Woodcrest Avenue in Coraopolis:
6:30 pm to 7:30 pm - All Around Skills Workout for Boys & Girls in 3rd to 9th Grade
7:30 pm to 8:30 pm - Elite Skills Workouts for Boys & Girls in 7th to 12th Grade
Cost: $30 per session or Sign up for all 10 weeks for $250.
Note: OLSH is less than 10 minutes from Sewickley Academy and close to the North Hills and Pittsburgh's Western Suburbs. Workouts will be held in the newly renovated Angela Activities Center and led by Coach Steve Brodzinski.

Tuesday 9/7 Skill Night Workouts @ Kiski School, 1888 Brett Lane in Saltsburg:
7 pm to 8 pm - Elite Skills Workouts for Boys & Girls in 7th to 12th Grade & All Around Skills Workout for Boys & Girls in 3rd to 9th Grade (Simultaneous)
8 pm to 9 pm - Open Gym - Open Run for High School Players & Any Participants in Elite Skills Workouts
Cost: $30 per person for the workout. Do the Elite Workout and Stay for Open Gym for free. Led by Coach Daryn Freedman.

Saturday 9/11 - BSA Fall Leagues Begin at Sewickley Academy, 315 Academy Ave in Sewickley:
9 am to 10 am - JR NIT League/Little Dribblers Program - Boys & Girls Ages 3 to 6
10 am to Noon - NIT League - Boys & Girls in 2nd to 4th Grade
Noon to 3 pm - NCAA League - Boys in 5th & 6th Grade
3 pm to 6 pm - NBA East League - Boys in 7th & 8th Grade

Sunday 9/12 - BSA Sunday Basketball Programs & Fall Leagues at Sewickley Academy, 315 Academy Ave in Sewickley:
9:30 am to 11 am - Sunday Basketball Boot Camp - Boys & Girls in 1st through 12th Grade (Players separated by age & ability)
11 am to Noon - BSA Point Guard Academy & BSA Post Player Academy - Boys & Girls in 4th through 12th Grade
Noon to 1 pm - BSA Shooting & Scoring Academy - Boys & Girls in 4th through 12th Grade
Noon to 1 pm - Sunday Elite Workout - Boys & Girls in 7th to 12th Grade
1 pm to 4 pm - NBA West League - Boys in 9th to 12th Grade
4 pm to 5 pm - Speed, Quickness & Basketball Strength Training - Boys & Girls in 4th to 12th Grade
5 pm to 8 pm - WNCAA League - Girls in 5th to 7th Grade
5 pm to 8 pm - WNBA League - Girls in 8th to 12th Grade

6:00 pm to 7:00 pm - All Around Skills Workout for Boys & Girls in 3rd to 9th Grade
7:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Elite Skills Workouts for Boys & Girls in 7th to 12th Grade
Cost: $30 per session or Sign up for all 7 remaining sessions for $200.

Sessions available at 7 pm, 8 pm and 9 pm with Coaches Daryn Freedman & Steve Brodzinski.
Cost: $75 per hour for 1 hour session. Small group sessions also available. Call 412-400-1320 to set up a session.
